Ordered a single bowl to go at a not so busy time, immediately after paying I was told it'd be a 30 minute wait. They get the 2nd star for issuing a refund

$15 for a smoothie and the the owners have the balls to provide this level of filth for their customers to relieve themselves. Oh it also smells like urine. Toilet paper whoever in the holes in the walls. Stains all over the sink and toilet like they haven’t seen bleach EVER. So gross. The hipster employees are nice…but they need to get to scrubbing because that’s just disgusting to be forced to use as a customer, let alone as an employee. Do better. Love this chain’s smoothies and bowls but I’m appalled by the state of the restroom.

This was my second visit. First visit it took a long time to get my bowl. This time my bowl arrived rather quickly. However...the restroom is NASTY! And if they are willing to let their restroom get to the level of gross that you will see if you go inside, what is the condition of their kitchen like? Employee hygiene? I hope the restroom is just a restroom thing. However, it was so bad I'll skip this place going forward. Unfortunately, one star due to the absolutely DISGUSTING restroom. And the high rise seating I sat at was sticky as well. Honestly, the entire place needs a deep clean!

Good bowls but açaí and granola a little bland

The best açaí bowls in SA. The mixture is really creamy & the toppings are fresh & delicious. The bowls are pretty big and the price is very reasonable. The atmosphere is really cute too. It’s the perfect place to read or catch up with a friend. They also have pick up options that are pretty quick. My order is always right & the customer service is great.

While the food is delicious the service is unprofessional and extremely slow. I would not recommend the Stone Oak location. Unfortunately, I will no longer be a customer here due to the poor service and uncleanliness (bugs on the floor and unkept bathroom). I gave this place many attempts because the bowls are good but I can no longer over look the poor customer service and uncleanliness. The straw that broke it for me was when I walked it I was greeted with “it’s 30 minutes for an order”.
