Food was average to above average. Service was okay. Margaritas were pretty good.

Came from out of town and I can honestly this place was cute little place with amazing food. I tried the steak, chicken, and salsa, all were amazing. Music was very nice but a bit loud.

I work with people with IDD. I brought in two clients with me and we had a great dinner. Our waitress, Erica, was great throughout our meal. When I asked for the check, I was told that it had already been paid!! This was my first, but won't be my last time eating here!!!

Amazing little place..food was so much ,we couldn't eat everything..all tacos and quesadilla fully loaded with shrimp and vegetables..this is definitely a must visit place. Service was so quick and really friendly staff..

Let's face it. Tacos aren't complicated. Right? So what sets a great taco apart from a good taco? The ingredients! I probably had one of the best Shrimp Tacos at Rio Balsas! You could tell everything was fresh or freshly made. The Tacos were pillowy soft. The salsa and chips were perfection. The shrimp tasted like they just came out of the ocean. Will definitely be back again.
