Ordered to-go, but no one was telling me the food's ready. Bad service.

I’m sorry to say that I was very excited about this dining experience, setting up my reservation days in advance and arriving 15 min early, which is a feat for a family of 4 with 2 kids under 5. We were asked kindly to wait until they had completed setting up stating we would be seated as soon as things were set. This did not occur… I believe the purpose of a reservation is to give the business the opportunity to make an unforgettable dining experience…given we were not even acknowledged and stood in line to even to speak to the hostest again…it was then decided I would not be giving this particular place my business and as a frequent staycation family I tend to judge the dining experience as the main attraction. Will probably recommend another location to stay as well…so far the most pleasant experience has been at Johnny rockets…..

The line can be a bit of an inconvenience but sitting at the bar gets you ahead of the line and right in front of FANTASTIC bartenders and front line food service. If you have 2-4 guests I highly suggest the bar as its curved and allows for easy conversation. The food was incredible and the Lychee Lemon Drop... to die for!! 100% must try. All the food we had was impeccable and delectable from start to finish but the topper was the quail egg shooters. If you want a fun treat at the end of a solid meal..m shoot for these guys. Don't be scared :) Would recommend over and over again!

Do not recommend this restaurant in GSR. Really surprised how GSR is allowing such kind of service in their resort. We were group of 7 and went for dinner at Rim. After sitting for 20 mins someone came to ask for order. After that we had to wait another 30 mins just to get water on our table. So at this time it’s already 45-50 mins. And this is when they were not too busy. We called the server (her name is GEM) and at the same time manager came to us as well. Manager understood the mistake and apologized for the delay, but I was surprising that the server got super rude with us in front of her manager and said “if you want you can ask for another server, I cannnot handle 3 tables at one time”. Never had this kind of service anywhere. Even manager was surprised on her behavior. Food was ok. We ordered for 6-7 items and they forgot 1 thing which was soup. So later we asked them to cancel as it was already 1.5hrs sitting at the table, But another server brought is right away. Looks like she also messed up on putting our order into there system. I really hope they work on there service. Won’t be here again!!!

Atmosphere mediocre, it's casino food what do ya expect? 22$ for fried rice that isn't that good, service was good food just not great

Crab Rangoons were okay, chow mein noodles were rubbery and little flavor to the dish. I ordered for takeout and they forgot my drink. Went back and got it. Got back to my room and they had forgotten my sushi roll. They did include the toppings for the roll though. Overpriced for sub par food.

Food is good, but the waitress is rude, her name is Jessica. We need another serving spoon and she is questioning why we need another spoon. Then she is rude all the time , then other waitresses came and help us.

Food was room temperature not warm and undercooked. There’s a very lazy chef because nothing is being mixed I ordered broccoli beef and the broccoli was dry, beef was dry no sauce, soup was thick like motor oil. There’s a lack of consideration for how the food will taste and it’s obvious

Sushi was just okie, we wanted to do the all you can eat but it's only served at the sushi bar. Honey walnut shrimp and Mongolian chicken was delicious. The pork belly tacos were mediocre they put tons of cabbage on top. I ordered a bottle of Moscato and they didn't bring an ice bucket to keep it chilled or off your table. The appetizer platter was very small for the price. Everything is definitely overpriced for the quality. We had reservations and they did take us to a table pretty quickly. Probably would not return. Parking: Valet is the best option as parking is far from the casino as I had my elderly parents with me. Kid-friendliness: They had a high chair available
