This place is no joke! Walked in and was given a full run down of the menu; great service! Tried the A-Bomb flavor, tasted great but delivered on the insane spice! The tenders are juicy, crispy, and taste amazing. Don’t even get me started on the COLE SLAW. Vinegar based; it was so freaking good! Definitely try the birds nest. Everything me and my family tried was perfect! Try it!

The service was amazing! But my food was definitely a 0/10. I asked for medium and got mild, my chicken had absolutely no crisp and were soggy, my chicken tenders also were bland with no seasoning, and my fries tasted like it was cooked in old grease. I really was looking forward to trying this place but was highly disappointed. I didn’t even eat the food that’s how bad it was. Overall the service was great and quick. (I AM VERY MUCH A REAL PERSON AND NOT A SPAM. IT SUCKS THIS PLACE DOESN’T KNOW HOW TO TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY)

Don't listen to a few disgruntled reviewers.... Ricky's Hot Chicken is the real deal. What started as hot chicken pregnancy cravings stuck around to a staple in our house. I won't personally go above mild heat, but as I am a (no pun intended) chicken, this is unsurprising. Save the heat for the chicken, not the comments. Definitely worth a try!!

Ordered online. Sent someone to pick up the order. They refused to give it to him because he's not me, even though he had the order information. Then they couldn't cancel the order because he wasn't me, but also they don't pick up the phone and don't have a voice mailbox setup. Horrible transaction and a complete waste of time.

The best place to get Nashville hot chicken in Richardson. Seating is very limited, so it is best to get it to go. They aren't lying about their spice levels, so be ready if you go towards the top of the scale.

Ready good food. Turn on the heat! We have been there twice in the past month and there has been no heat! I get saving money, but don’t be cheap. Probably wait until print to go back if we ever do.
