Rick's Rollin Smoke BBQ

Comí un sándwich de cerdo braseado. El empleado vino a atendernos desde atrás del local con unos guantes negros con los que iba tocando todo a su paso, abrió una heladera para sacar un pan, abrió la otra para sacar el cerdo y lo puso sobre la plancha caliente aplastándolo con sus manos ( todo con los guantes). Fue realmente asqueroso!!!!!! Inmediatamente lo sacó sin que llegara a calentarse y lo puso en el pan. Cuando me senté en la mesa el empleado se iba al piso de arriba llevando una jarra (todavía con los guantes negros puestos). Pensé en no comerlo porque fue muy poco higiénico el manejo de la comida, pero después de lo que pagué el sándwich decidí probarlo, ya que no es barato. Nada del otro mundo. Caliente hubiese estado mejor. Suerte que le puse salsa picante que lo levantó un poco.

A little pricey but good BBQ

Cold sandwich, mean ambient temperature, the bread was just a bit above ambient temperature, but the meat was below that. The man who made the sandwich was moving things around working in the place and didn't change his gloves to "crush" the pork with his hands for making the sandwiches. The bread was a bit old, and they charged me 5 dollars for a Coke. Choose another place.

10 ⭐s!!!! So amazing!! Being from Tennessee we know BBQ but this place has nailed it! We could smell it a block away!! We made a visit to the Pawn Shop and the smell lured us in. The place is small maybe enough seating for 20 people. They seem to do a lot of takeout and delivery. We were greeted upon arrival and they staff was very very friendly. So many choices and everything looked incredible! Decided on the pulled chicken sandwich with smoked Mac n chz! $22 and came with a drink in a collectors cup. My wife had the loaded pulled pork sweet potato. Wow! Next time that's what I'm going to get. I cannot say enough about this place, we will most likely hit it up one more time before we leave. If you like huge portions of messy, flavorful comfort BBQ then you must go here!

The food is the bomb
