The place smells so good as soon as you walk in. Does make you hungry as soon as you walk in.

Good Mexican food, but slow. It took over 45 min after we ordered.

A one of a kind experience in the Phoenix area. Very cool atmosphere, friendly staff, and heaping portions of excellent food. You have to try the carne adovada, but you can also get a pretty solid steak. I have no complaints about the place. Make sure you try it!

I love Richardsons, the staff is great, food is amazing and atmosphere is awesome. We are willing to pay for great everything. Last night, the price didn’t match what we would expect for timely delivery of anything… Arrived at 7:07. Got sat for our reservation at 7:15. We ordered our drinks and appetizers with our server around 7:25. It took 35 minutes for our first drink order, which was just a glass of wine and a mule to arrive. 52 minutes for our appetizer, which was just spinach dip and bacon wrapped jalapeños. I normally don’t keep track, but I couldn’t help but notice after 20 minutes of nothing arriving at the table. I had received a text from a friend right after we ordered, and that’s why I remembered the times.

I wouldn't say it has improved in the last 15 years. The got rid of the combo plate and it was more spicy this time than flavorful. But I did get VIP parking with the coolest ride in the lot.
