It took a long time for my order to be taken. They have a sign for line ups but it's not very clear and of to the side. Wait time was a long time. They had a chef (maybe owner) taking an order and then going back to handle food. Not very sanitary. Then when I got the food. The rice bowl. The beef was over cooked and there was not alot of sauce on it. The veggies were also not cooked very long and tasted raw. Won't be ordering from here again.

Should have read the reviews before ordering here. The food itself wasn’t horrible, but the service is atrocious. I asked for sauce on the side and was advised they cannot do that since it’s presauced; if you tell people to pick their sauce how can it come with sauce already on it? Overall it tasted like leftover bad Chinese food and the service just made it worse. Next time I will skip it and just buy airplane food, since that’s honestly much better than this.

Staff were unprofessional, rude and no customer service at all. Noodles under seasoned and salty. Rice was mushy and just asking for additional chopsticks staff would slashed out of you.

Best airport food I've ever had, and the folks there were super happy and very friendly. I actually ate something at an airport that didn't make me feel like junk! Dietary restrictions: They were diligent about my nut allergy.

Utter garbage. How can you mess up chicken fried rice. Crunchy rice, tasted like seafood (obviously didn’t clean the grill between orders), and the soya sauce was sweet not salty. Yuck! Gave it back to them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I know there are very few options at YVR but you will regret spending the money and still be hungry.

Does not taste good. Not a great value for money. The rice is smothered in sauce its hard to eat.
