I take food or go to the restaurant good quality food fast service but very salty thay use too much msg otherwise good food

I was ready to order my food, but the man took 3 phone orders, then I just started tell him what I wanted when he picked up the phone again and said to me, ‘one moment, please’, then took another phone order. So, I decided to walked out. I’m not waiting all day just to get served when I’m the first person in the queue. I’m not going back, because I don’t know how long I’ll be stoop there.

If I could rate a 0 I definitely would! Ordered Saturday night to be delivered for myself & husband, been ordering from this Chinese the best part of 2 years most weekends.. never had a problem with the food up until the past couple of times (cold) but decided to try again Saturday seen as we’d not had it in few week. Ordered chicken & sweetcorn soup.. arrived cold with barely any chicken.. prawn crackers we’re definitely part of an old batch, hard & smelt stale.. in edible. I ordered egg fried rice which was also cold with a strange taste and curry sauce.. cold! Husband ordered special fried rice & curry sauce.. seemed happy enough the the portion size.. ate two mouthfuls when he found a very sharp piece of plastic within his food.. Rung the Chinese up for a refund for his meal.. for them to argue we have to tub it up and bring it to shop for our money after paying for delivery.. They then said they will knock it off next order!! There won’t be one.. after a lot of arguing they send a very rude driver to collect the food so I could have my money back.. No interest that my husband literally could of choked or cut his throat, had he not seen it! Customer service 0.. I can honestly say after all the orders & money we’ve spent with this restaurant/ takeaway I am appalled! Food was cold and stale! Ended up in the bin!! Wasted our money..I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place! Save your money.

Excellent piping hot food .lovely staff Took 28 people for my birthday . Lovely restaurant. Also just had a set meal take away it was as good as restaurant piping hot delivered within 30 mins . Vegetarian options: Any meal you want just ask Dietary restrictions: Any diet you want Kid-friendliness: Happy for kids to dine patient Wheelchair accessibility: Great to get in and out no problem also a ramp to toilets.

Very good food with attentive staff

I was looking forward to trying Rice Paper again after a long time. Shocked and appalled. Chips overdone, hollow and dry. Dry spare ribs overdone, dry and chewy. Chicken Thai green curry flavour was ok but the chicken tasted funky, like dodgy Chinese chicken. Pot of chinese curry sauce made me mad because it tasted like the un-authentic store bought powdered stuff you buy. Chow mein was ok but again, the meats tasted funny like dodgy Chinese meat. Very unhappy and all for 30 quid. Waste of money. Would've rather have eaten a ready meal from the supermarket for a tiny fraction of that cost. This place used to be my go-to take-away, whatever I fancied.
