I ordered Amok fish, it’s yummy too but the fish is a little bit salty. It’s different from what I used to eat in Cambodia: here they added vegetables( greens beans and onions)! I suggest the owner to keep the original of Amok.
a classic depressing pad thai mistake.
Polite and nice server, tasty food but portion is a bit small. Definitely worth a try.
Ordered chicken red curry (which comes with a side, I chose rice) and added an extra rice for $3.25, both portions of rice came in a small container, which extremely small quantity. Chicken curry smelled and tasted weird, I couldn't even eat 2 bites. I had to order from other place, as I couldn't eat it at all.
Insane. Amok was so rich and flavourful. The tuk tuk rolls were so crispy and tasty. Borbor tnaot has to be one of the best desserts I've ever eaten. 10/10
We have been looking for a Cambodian restaurant since our trip to Cambodia 7 years ago and have finally found an authentic place here in montreal (after looking in NY & LA where we have lived)! The fish amok reminded us of the one we had in Phnom Penh and the chicken with peanut butter sauce and fried spinach was excellent. Plus the fried pineapple with ice cream for dessert was yum! A truly family owned resto with a wife and husband cooking in the kitchen and their son running front of house- it was a truly home cooked meal in a warm atmosphere. Can’t wait to come back!
