Hotel Bistro at Holiday Inn Chicago - Midway Airport S.

Unprofessional and unacceptable to accept reservations for brunch at noon at Tavern at Midway and it's not open! If the establishment doesn't open until 4pm daily then don't advertise breakfast and lunch hours and have OpenTable taking reservations! So disappointed since this was our 1st time trying this location! We will never be back!

Efficient, tasty, and reliable. Never disappoints my cravings.

Took almost 1.5hr to receive our food. There were only 3 other tables there. Food isn't fresh, overpriced menu.

I Drive by this place every day and finally decided to give it a try, and I really regret not coming here a long time ago. I am a big man who loves his burgers, and Burger Theory is the best restaurant sit down burger I've had in as long as I can remember. Gabriel behind the bar was an absolute gentleman and brought our food out super quick. We split a classic burger and a Lonestar burger with onion rings. The burgers were cooked and seasoned perfectly and all the ingredients came together for a flavor Fiesta, onion rings were plenty and perfect. I will absolutely coming back for happy hour and more burgers, i highly recommend it for anyone who wants to try another new and delicious burger. Parking: Connected to a hotel so there is lots of parking, just turn on the lights because it's easier to get in.

The burgers would be so so good if the food quality was up to par. The sauces taste amazing, the fries are well seasoned, but the burger tasted pre frozen. I feel sorry for the food team there. Kid-friendliness: You can bring kids in though it's a bar

I expected more from a place with burger in the name. I was a lackluster preformed patty- actually 2. The t called it a stuffed burger but it was more of a stacked burger. The strawberry margarita was awful. I came because of the burger/ bar combo but left unfulfilled. The 2 stars are for the onion rings.

Figured I'd try this place out its right next to my job, went in for my lunch break. Place is nice. When i walked in no one else was in there besides my boyfriend and I. The bartender was somewhat nice however, she only came by twice to ask what we wanted and spend kid you not approximately 45min out of the hr I was there just talking. You'd think you would be nice to the only customers you've had in hours as she had said. I ordered an extra burger to go when I had arrived for my boss and I didn't get that burger until the very end and it was already cold!!! My burger was allright however my boyfriends was not. It was horrible!!!! If I'm spending more than $100 like I did I'd expect better Service especially if it was a dead night!!!! Never again will I come here and most definitely will not recommend anyone to come to this establishment. I was way over my lunch break and I had to go tell the server to please give me the check so I could leave. I shouldn't have to walk to look for the server and have to interrupt her 30min conversation in order to get the check. I should have asked to be compensated but I was out of time! Just a horrible experience overall!!!!!

Horrible Service!!! Staff wouldn’t serve us..stating that they close at 9:30pm when the sign says 10pm and only take to go orders after 9pm. It was literally 8:50pm. Is this where we are today!!! No one wants to work anymore. Maybe they could have stopped sitting at the bar and actually did there jobs then they would have had a better review. No thank you
