OMG! I can't believe I haven't posted a review for Republic! I have been there several times and it is always amazing. The drink menu is really good! (Too good for my sake!). The food, well the food is just tasty!! An amazing bar selection, but the dinner items are beyond amazing. Good for sports watching and having drinks/food or with a group for dinner or fun!

Great food we at chicken fried steak and mac cheese n green n pototes great and service great!

I love this place and would give it 5 stars except for the fact that tonight they only had one Cabernet by the glass to offer… for $22.00 a glass! Being a Saturday night they should have had ample time to plan. And even their printed wine list shows normally only two Cabs available. Republic should do better for its wine drinkers.

I enjoyed this restaurant on a Saturday for lunch with a bunch of friends and couldn't have been more impressed and pleased by the service and food. We were a group of 8 and our server, Kerensa, was absolutely wonderful! She stayed super patient (even when we were in the middle of one of our laughing fits) and she took excellent care of us offering great recommendations for both the food and drinks. Their menu is like nothing I have ever seen with so many delicious offerings that you cant get anywhere else. We started with the dip trio which included a pimento cheese dip that the ladies raved about. I'm not a pimento fan so didn't try it myself, but the look on their faces told me that if you like pimento dip, this is the way to go. We ALL decided to have the candied bacon & eggs and they were amazing! Interesting that you have to purchase them al a carte, but it was nice to just have one or two on the side of your meal which is what we opted for. Most of the ladies ordered cocktails from espresso martinis to the Kent's Honey Bee and everyone was impressed. When Kerensa told me they had a key lime pie martini with graham cracker on the rim I had to make an exception and have a cocktail myself and I'm so glad I did! It wasn't too sweet at all, perfectly flavored and balanced with tart and sweet, and I'm glad I limited myself to one...lol. For lunch I had the BLT sliders and OMG! The spicy mayo was on POINT providing the exact level of spice that I needed. I can't wait to come back and try this place again!!

The food here is amazing! The vegetable soup is so gooooood! The brisket grilled cheese is out of this world. The atmosphere is great. It's such an upscale tavern feel. There's a great cocktail selection. You'll have a great time here.
