Renzo's Cafe & Pizzeria

I have never experienced worst customer service! Ordered delivery through Uber eats and never received order. Called the restaurant several times but they did not pick up the phone so I drove over to find out what happened to the order. Woman at the counter was rude and argumentative and simply challenged in answering basic questions like “can you check on my order?”

Never been there...called on the phone...but were very unfriendly whoever picked up the phone.

Do not confuse this Renzo with the one in East boca. Clintmoore is far superior.

The pizza spot. Always get my pizza well done and decided to get cheese this time for the special and when I got home and started eating the pizza fell apart and the crust was so hard and burnt. It’s never like that. It tasted like it was reheated. Not fair in my opinion regardless of special. I thought they gave fresh pies.

The pizza is good but the service is beyond rude. They messed up my order, refused to make it right. The woman working the window is beyond rude. I was blown away by how I was talked to. Never again.

Great takeout pizza and Italian food

one of the best plates of penne alla vodka I’ve ever had- pepperoni bread was delicious too!!

Ehhhhh. The pepperoni bread was good.... the calamari was horrendous. Skip this place and move on.
