I did a cleanse and the juices made my stomach super bubbly and gave me really bad stomach pain. I’ve had explosive diarrhea for the last 24 hours. The Glow juice gave me heartburn and the Better Rise juice was disgusting. The Better Rise tasted like dirty unwashed lettuce. I noticed there was no lettuce in the juice so I’m not even sure what that disgusting taste was. The Better Rise juice smelled rank, like an old bag of lettuce mix. The juices tasted old (I came after Christmas so maybe they were?) I believe the Better Rise juice was old and that is what caused me to get so sick. I didn’t question anything as this is supposed to be a FRESH JUICE BAR. I wish I could get my money back. Much better juice bars in Fresno that don’t cause you to have explosive diarrhea either!!! I’ve done dozens of cleanses in my life and nothing was like what I experienced with this place. I will never come back. I really wanted to like this place as it’s close to my house but it’s a NO for me. UPDATE-I called the manager right now and she started laughing at me. I cannot believe the audacity of that woman. I called the store to tell them that I had a horrible night and almost went to the ER. She asked what juices I drank, I told her which ones I drank and she started laughing. I told her I didn’t appreciate her laughing as I was very sick and still in pain. I respectfully requested a refund and then she went on a long tangent and wouldn’t let me get a word in. Greaaaaaat customer service…NOT! I was very calm with the manager and felt that the manager was very condescending to me. I’m a reasonable person and should be treated with respect, especially when I’ve had a bad experience at your store.I never once yelled at the manager, I calmly explained what had happened to me and was treated like I was in convincing her. I hope the owner sees this and takes the appropriate actions to correct this managers behavior. I challenge the owner to review the phone call, everything I’m saying is true. I was very disgusted with the managers behavior when she started laughing at me after hearing what I went through and hung up on her rude a**. This place is not only disgusting but the manager is a joke as well. Manager gave off witch vibes with her cackle. Bad vibes all around. STAY AWAY!

This was our first time here and I would like to share my thoughts. The customer service was absolutely great! He was very friendly and you could tell he took pride in his job. However, I have been to another establishment where they also sell açaí bowls and there açaí bowls are more flavorful and their bowls are delicious and packed with fruit and very generous with their toppings. If I may make a suggestion in love, the base is the foundation to the açaí bowl. The base should also be delicious and with a bit of sweetness to it. The base at this other establishment is sooooo flavorful and not bland. I suggest using a bit wider bowl so enough fruit could be added and that way everything is a bit more balanced. I will add a plastic container that the other establishment uses which is perfect because I end up taking these home to use as tupperware. The bottled juice that my husband bought was absolutely delicious and amazing We will definitely be back for the juice, but the açaí bowls need a little bit more love please.
