Rego Bagel

Very good and fresh bagels, should have a better gluten free bagel but I understand it’s not a huge sell but overall amazing regular bagel and the best scallion cream chese in rego park area.

$14 for a egg/cheese plain bagel + small juice is ridiculoussssss , not even midtown manhattan has prices this high

Costumers seeking a respectful and dignified experience should be wary. Our recent visit were profoundly disappointing. After merely commenting that the price of a bagel seemed high price, we were unexpectedly asked to don’t come back by the staff named “Michel”. This response was not only extreme but also deeply humiliating. Our comment, meant as a simple observation, was met with an unwarranted level of rudeness. The staff chose to escalate a non-issue into a dehumanizing experience by ejecting us from the restaurant, and I mean “US” is because we are several of classmates that eat lunch in there five days a week. This incident highlights a lack of basic customer respect and understanding.

Fresh bagels, great variety and quick delivery.

I frequently went to this place for something quick, a sandwich or a bagel but, until I asked Michel the cashier why a sesame bagel cost so much, just one, with flavored cream cheese and salmon, the cost of this ($18) just the bagel cost me, she said that because the salmon was of excellent quality and that the customer who didn't like it the door was very big and could leave if it don't liked, it made me feel so bad. giving a bad customer service, practically she kicked me out of the place, for questioning the price of my lunch, I understand it's salmon but it's not like I had ordered half a pound, it was just three little pieces of it with a lot of cream cheese, anyway, as she says (Michel) The door is big and I won't return to this place with such bad service.

Gave me the wrong sandwich. I asked to get me what I ordered (egg n cheese on a roll). They took the old sandwich (just egg on a roll) and started to use the same wrong sandwich to make the one I ordered (trying to add cheese to it) I asked if they can make me a new one because what they were doing was weird. They made me a new one, but they were not happy about it to say the least lol. They didn’t throw away the old sandwich after I had left and returned. They put it aside. So I feel bad for the next person who ordered a sandwich with egg in it. They definitely reused it. I’m def not stopping here anymore.
