Nothing but great things to say! Went for wings yesterday with co workers and not only were the wings amazing so was the service!

As my family and I entered, we were asked by the owner to sit to the right because there was a party coming in to fill the left side.. no problem.... We sat.. 30 minutes goes by... a waitress says I'll be right with you.... another 30 minutes untill drinks came..... as we watched, we saw the owner do absolutely nothing. The 2 waitress worked there butts off and tried their best to serve everyone. The problem was..... The carbonation in the drinks needed to be replaced , therefore, no one could be served pop until fixed. unfortunately, no one knew how to change it , it being the one waitress first week and the other only a few weeks.... instead of the owner helping a customer from the bar, he helped change it... I watched food sit at the window for 15+ minutes... waitress google searching how to make drinks because no one was trained.. The owner was too worried about the birthday party not being able to work the projector screen... and entertain them. The birthday party guests go behind the bar and into the kitchen. The party blocked the area to get the bathrooms the whole time , it was just a very uncomfortable situation. Even though we waited an hour for drinks and longer for food, we were okay with it because the waitress was awesome... not once did the owner apologize or try to make anything right . If you are understaffed, do not take on a big party... We used to really enjoy coming here it was a great family night out. We come every Saturday. Unfortunately, the last few months and after tonight, I have seen enough . We will find a new place to go.

As a family we used to come here quite a bit however last night will be the last. It seems paying customers took a back seat to the owners friends party. Service was severely impacted and delayed. There was more concern about the video trying trying to be played on the drop screen than having the waitresses serve food and drinks. It took an hour for our food to come out and we watch other customers leave without ordering. It’s a shame but we can spend money our elsewhere.

I went here for karaoke. The food was ok I suppose, nothing to write home about. I only drink soda water, and was pretty freaked out to be charged $19 for it!!!! Usually you pay for one and get free refills. I queried it and was told it was because I asked for a jug between the two of us... I was trying to help the server out, so she didn't have to keep refilling the glasses. After complaining I got given $10 back. But only because I insisted. Less9n learnt.. check your bar bill before paying it. Just WOW!!

My family and I were also there last night during the owners party and totally agree with the statements from below. We have been coming here for years and over the past few months there has been a steady decline in service and food quality. We took a back seat to the party and waited an hour for our wings. The owner should know if he is going to have an event then he should ensure staffing was there to support his gathering while paying customers were also served. Time after time we are disappointed and we have finally decided to go elsewhere on Saturdays.

Super friendly neighbourhood pub! Lots of events throughout the week, and for special events.

Extremely outdated and lighting was very bright for a bar on the weekend at night
