Reflections Terrace

I came here in the winter time to experience their Christmas terrace set up, and it was beautiful. The atmosphere was amazing. Very well decorated and it feels very cozy and comfortable. Just very expensive. Drinks were yummy.

Came here on new years eve with a reservation for 8:30. This reservation needed a deposit. When we arrived it was a mess. The host was rudely telling people that they were about 30 mins late and had no clue when we would be seated. We were told to go down to the lobby and wait there for a phone call without knowing how long we would be waiting. After 30 mins we went back up and were told they were still working on 7:30pm resos and didn’t know when we would be seated. People were not happy about this, and we had plans after and couldn’t continue to wait. The customer service is terrible here for how much you have to pay, also why are we paying a deposit for a reservation to make sure we show up but they have no respect for our time and cannot even give an estimate of how long it would take to be sat? This ruined our plans for afterwards. After an hour I went back up again and asked the host when we would be sat and she just brought us in immediately? Which makes me wonder if I didn’t go up and ask again would we not have been called. Once we got inside the service was super slow, about a 30 min wait for a drink, and we had to leave immediately after that. The bill took 30 minutes to settle. The table beside us was complaining about this as well. I’ve worked in many customer service roles and restaurants and the organization here is a mess. They should have started going up to tables that have been there too long and asked them to settle their bills, they should have called people in advance and let them know they are an hour late instead of making people wait 1 hour sitting around in the lobby wasting their new years eve. This service does not live up to their prices and I would not return. The drinks weren’t amazing either.

Booked a reservation, showed up 5 minutes early, was made to wait 50 minutes beyond our reserved time after being told it would just be a 15 minute wait. They were handing out complimentary wine to assuage us but I’d have much rather just been seated on time. We had booked a high-top table but were sent to a crammed couch with a little nightstand that was meant to act as our table. Super cramped and not at all what was advertised to us at the time of our booking. The food was mediocre and definitely not worth the $30+ for the dishes. Small portions for what we paid and a few dishes came out lukewarm. Our server was nice but unfortunately the manager and the hostess both came off as rude and scatterbrained. Save your time and money! Don’t come here during the holidays.

Me and my friend came here for dinner a couple weeks ago and made reservations before hand. When we got there it was a bit of a wait which was fine. As soon as we got seated we were told we only have about an hour and a half because that’s how busy they were, when we got our food everything was going good but we weren’t even half way done when the sever came and just took our plates away without even asking us if we were done. Absolutely horrible experience from your staff member. Would never recommend to anyone. For the price you’re paying for you think you would be getting better service. Such a disappointment.

Horrible experience prior to Christmas. Sent two emails to hotel and no feedback. Late to be seated, stuck in terrible location, 45 minutes to get a drink. No service and no feedback to concern.

It was on my list for years, wanted to try for awhile during Christmas just becuase of their amazing festive ambience. I have read the reviews before I go, was already expected that services might not be as good. We have our reservation at 8:30pm that night, we got there on time and got the table right away. Decorations were just as expected, very festive. However, food are kind of dissapointing. The short ribs was very salty. When it comes to dessert, we have 11 of us for the reservation. None of us finish the chocolate mousse as it was wayyy too sweet. Server asked if we wanted a take out box, we said no. She did not ask why. In conclusion, don't come here if you are expecting having good food and services. You will feel better if you think 60% of what you are paying is the entrance fee for the decorations, and the rest are for the food and service.

We visited Reflections on Christmas day. Wonderful atmosphere and excellent service. The decorations were really beautiful. I requested a high table near the Christmas tree and they very graciously managed to seat us there. We had warm True North cocktail in the Santa cup and Lobster Benedict. The food was simply delicious. My server Sophie was very nice and accommodating. She also took several pictures when I requested. The manager David really made my day by offering a complimentary dessert. Overall I had a great experience!
