What a disappointment. Food selection was minimal. Couldn’t eat what we purchased. Don’t waste your money. Wrote to them twice about my experience and never answered. Too bad

The place is awesome! Several options to choose from. If you want to eat healthy, this is definitely a must go place. Very clean, no smell of “raw fish”, music was at the perfect volume. Attendant (Logan) was very friendly and polite.

An amazing experience and even better food! I came into the restaurant last minute feeling terrible for making them stay a little past close, but they were so nice and explained the menu well so it was easy for me to order. Will definitely be back for some more delicious food!

Walking in here, IMO it felt like I walked into a hospital food court, I really don't know how to explain it but it checked out in the end with the actual bowl that I recieved. I was personally excited to have a bowl option in the area that isn't a chain, but unfortunately my experience at least with the food was subpar. To start off, the service here was great, the individual working when I visited was very welcoming and kind. I ordered my bowl and was disappointed to find out that you can only choose 4 toppings before you have to pay extra for additional toppings, which similar offerings in the area don't have this caveat. Nonetheless, I put my bowl together (albeit kind of confused at the options for a poke place, more on this later) and headed out to eat the bowl. For $10 I guess the portion size was just OK. Unfortunately, there wasn't anything special about this bowl. Nothing was really seasoned and was very barebones from the protein perspective, the chicken was bland and dry. The limited toppings were just raw toppings that didn't really add anything to the bowl overall, except for the wakame which I did kind of enjoy when mixed with the spicy mayo sauce. I had to go home and add some additional items I had laying around my kitchen to spice it up. But unless you really want to lather your bowl in a sauce, at a fundamental level there was just more to be desired. To go back to my previous point about being confused on the options for a poke place, I was very confused if this is a poke bowl restaurant (some seafood protein and topping options to pair with), or if you want to make a salad bowl restaurant (never been to a poke bowl restaurant that offers croutons and balsamic vinaigrette.) I really think this place would benefit from some more defined options that make it stand out. Offer to toss the protein in the sauce before placing it in a bowl, speaking of the sauces making or offering more diverse sauce options? I feel like a lot of the sauces here I can just get off the shelf, I would really like to see some more inspired sauces like a kimchee based sauce or a spicy sauce that isn't just spicy mayo. For toppings some pickled options like pickled cucumbers or red onion, nori, avocado. I really think having some diverse and unique options will go a long way. Overall, I wasn't overly impressed but I also just could have visited on a bad day, your results definitely may vary.

By far my family and I’s favorite place to eat in Orlando!! Not only was Reel Bowls super clean and well kept but the employees were beyond nice and welcoming. They always had smiles on their faces and were very helpful when it came to helping me choose what I wanted to order. For the food, it was great! As someone who doesn’t really like seafood, it was nice seeing that they had other options that didn’t include seafood such as a salad with chicken. There is something for everyone! The food was fresh and very good in my opinion. I would recommend Reel Bowls to anyone. Thank you, we will be back!! (:
