Had a fantastic time. Food was excellent and the service was outstanding. Jen was outstanding. Even went above and beyond and went to Sainsbury's to get some crackers and cheese. Again outstanding food and even better service.

Cara was such a gem of a waitress!

No stars, rude staff, not enough staff, bad food, over cooked, no care thrown on plate...don't bother wasting you money or time

Lovely night. Great and efficient service. Cara was just delightful to have as our waitress. Attentive and pleasant . Guests should ask for her section for sure.

Bad food cold

Service was excellent. I was staying at the adjacent Premier Inn (also a great stay). The staff were very helpful in getting me a table although it was very busy. From arrival, even though the restaurant was busy, the service was prompt and friendly. The food was excellent ( I had the loaded natchos and full rack of ribs). Value for money..top draw. Big thanks to Steph who worked tirelessly to looks after me and a whole host of other tables! Highly recommended

Calamari starter and steak sampler main with a Jamshed Shiraz, great food and many thanks to my waitress Charlie who was polite and attentive, service with a smile, makes the whole experience even better.....recommended!

Excellent evening for my birthday. Had family party with great food and very attentive service from Cara. Even though the restaurant was very busy the service was very quick. Cara really made the evening ,even singing happy birthday with another member of staff. Will be coming again very soon Dietary restrictions: My grandson and I have dairy sensitivity and we was asked before order was taken. Vegan meals adjusted to suit.

Really enjoy coming to the Beefeater Redditch. I go regularly for breakfast and evening meals due to the quality and affordability. The staff are always so lovely and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. I want to give a special mention to Matt who is always so accommodating and always in good spirits, no matter how busy he is. He really does care about the customers experience and it is very evident.
