Red Swan Pizza

5 pm ordered 3 pizzas nachos and wings for delivery. It stated the wait was 45 mins. Fine. Waited till 615 pm and still nothing. Called, they said the food was ready but it was waiting for delivery which would be another 15 mins . Fiiine...630 pm called again. He's saying it would be another 15 minutes and at this point I'm upset because we have toddlers that need to eat. He says we will get 30% off but we just want our food which he's saying will be there in 10 mins. Finally got the pizza and the delivery guy just puts in the original price (80) so we had to tell him we were to get it 30% off. The pizza was great (nachos meh) but for all that I'll go elsewhere.

Last two times we ordered for delivery, it took over an hour and a half to get to our place. Plus the order was wrong! This time we ordered for pick up. Got to the restaurant and had to wait over half an hour for it to be ready. Which was more than an hour after I placed the order. He continued to tell me it would only be a couple min. So frustrating to be flat out lied to! Very disappointed as we used to get great service from there in the past. Never again will I order from this swan pizza location

Ever since the new owners took over they're slower than anything and so poorly stocked on toppings they run out all the time! Was way better before and they need to fix things or will drive everyone elsewhere!

I had the individual pepperoni pizza only $ 3.98 It was great nice staff I like mine well done

Best pizza in town! The sauce and sesame seed crusts are unique and work well.
