Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Burger was not cooked right, asked for med rare got gray. Looked like a frozen patty but I did not complain. Just won't return

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! We been coming to Red Robin and specifically this location for 15+ years. This place has went from one of our favorite restaurants to a Resturant that I will never ever come back to. What a shame. 1st red flag is when we entered the restaurant the hosts notified us there was a 20-30 minute wait, we thought that was a bit strange since the parking lot was half full and there were many visibly empty tables. Nevertheless we waited and were called & seated in 20 minutes or so. Our server approached us to take our order and the guy seemed to not have any bit of customer service skills, absolutely none. He was cold, not very friendly, didn't seem to care much about being there at all. We ordered strawberry lemonades which had absolutely no taste of lemonade at all and looked like the strawberries had been sitting out all day. Gross! When we got our food the server would drop them off at the table and keep walking, there was no " is there anything else I can get you ? " even though part of the order was missing and we would have to flag him down to get the rest. When the order did arrive fries were cold and looked like they had been Re-fried, you can tell by how much oil they had soaked up, they had no Parmesan on them ( they were supposed to be garlic Parmesan fries ) and the burger was also cold, mild, and lacked the traditional Red Robin bang. The entire experience from start to finish was terrible. Im not sure if this location has hired a terrible manager that is driving this place into the ground but it is definitely not the same place we loved coming to.

It's been good so far. Have gone twice. This location seems to get very busy when we go so I don't know if I can judge accurately. The food is decent. Haven't had anything I dislike but nothing outstanding. The atmosphere is fun tho. The decorations top most burger places I've been to.

Great service and food!! Was really loud. Not the restaurants fault however we had a small group and they sat us right next to a large party when the entire room had open tables in. I understand sections and everything and we could have said something if it was that big of a deal. Overall great experience
