Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

We had a new Waiter on my birthday January 22nd not sure of his name. We had a party of 8. He did his best to keep up and keep a positive attitude. So thank you for showing up and trying your best to give us a pleasant experience!

My burger was excellent. My sweet potato fries were delicious. I've never been disappointed here!

This location can’t seem to cook french fries past the “soft and soggy” benchmark. There is no excuse for undercooked french fries in 2024.

Beyond busy. So many workers, but really didn't have great service. The ketchup bottle at the table was empty. Asked for broccoli for my child, they didn't bring it. So had to ask again and wait. Asked for more napkins, never brought them. Asked for ranch, never brought that. The food was okay... immediately when I got home I ended up with EVERY symptom of food poisoning I've never had it before and that was the only thing I ate in a while.

Way too loud. Couldn’t hear my friend. Impossible burger was great! But other food for eating companion was not. Overcooked & way too salty. Vegetarian options: Impossible burger was fantastic.
