Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Food took an hour to arrive and kid dishes were clearly sitting in the window ready to come out for a long time. Mac and cheese looked plastic. But the French fry seasoning is delicious and so were the onion rings.

Ordered online and the food wasn’t ready for over 20 minutes past the pick-up time. Thought the long wait would mean the food would be fresh. The fries were cold and soggy when we got into the car. Not worth your time or money.

Accommodated a large party of 13 late at night with smiles on their faces. We arent from the area, and appreciated this! Rectified any issues quickly with no complaints. Serving and bussing staff was very attentive.

Food was really good. The staff was professional and friendly.

Very friendly staff! My roommate has sensory issues due to him being on the spectrum so he was very anxious and embarrassed when ordering his food. Sydney our waitress was very kind and understanding and made sure we were having a good time!!! She was always there to check up on our experience and made sure he felt comfortable! We would also like to mention how we really appreciate Trevor! Though my roommate's sandwich did not quite come out right the first time, Trevor quickly took it back and came back with the sandwich all fixed up! My roommate dislikes having multiple ingredients on one thing. Too many textures can be overwhelming for a lot of folks on the spectrum. My roommate said that he really appreciated the fact that there was no questions asked about it. He understands his orders can be weirdly specific and sound ridiculous at times, making him feel like a burden whenever he eats out. My roommate says Trevor and Sydney treated him with so much kindness that instead of being an anxious mess and worrying about being normal he could enjoy his time with me without feeling like a bother! Thank you so much for the great experience! I am glad we decided to eat at Red Robin!

Very good food, plenty of fries and broccoli! We needed more frequent water refills than we got, but the re-orders were prompt!
