Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

We decided on Red Robin since we were at the mall. As often as we tend to eat there, i gotta say it wasn't one of the better visits. All seemed to be going really well, we were seated fast, our drink, appetizer and meal orders were taken quickly, everything was going great. No time later the appetizers came out. Appetizers were great, we got an order of pretzel bites, fried pickles and I had a side salad. About the time we were done with the apps, the meals were coming out. We piled our dishes, the server said she would take them away but never did. She came back out and asked if we needed anything, just as I bit into my burger, I pointed at my drink since my mouth was full, but she never brought one out. The next time she came by I asked for a refill she said shure but never brought it out. I watched her sit at the bar and talk to the bartender for a good while. Then she brought out our togo meal, asked if we needed anything before we leave. While paying, I was asked to fill out a survey, The survey asked if we had a bottomless sides, and if so were we asked if we wanted a refill on them. We were never asked. Anyway, it is what it is. I had the mushroom swiss. It was very good, but with nothing to wash it down, it lacked. The kids had shakes so I couldn't steal theirs. Too many times we have been there and had a really good experience so I am sure after tomorrow I will give them a pass and eat there again. Right now, just not happy. The server was attentive and prompt just didn't follow through.

The veggie burgers are absolutely tasty and the service was greatly welcoming. My overall experience was very good

Kannon absolutely rocked the house. He is the best thing about the Red Robin franchise as a whole. Because of Kannon I'm going to continue eating red robin at least twice a week until the day I drop. Kannon will make your family happy. Kannon will make you happy. I brought my wife and kid to Red Robin the day after my wife told me she wants a divorce and after dining with Kannon, all of our marital issues dissolved and we are renewing our vows and having a second wedding! Thank you Kannon for blessing Red Robin with your employment.

I have no complaints about the food and actually our server was super nice. My issue is with this beautiful shade of lipstick on our cup. The issue is that nobody at my table was wearing lipstick. In this picture, you can clearly see 2 lip stick marks on this cup. And that's just not acceptable and frankly disgusting. There's no way this dish was washed.
