The place is cozy and flamboyantly decorated, although the Statue of Liberty they have in the entryway is holding a cheeseburger instead of a torch, which is historically inaccurate, but I'll let that slide since the seats were comfy. The waiter had a pleasant demeanor, though he kept eyeing up my mason jar of wasps, even after I explained I couldn't keep them in the car with how cold it was. I ordered the western burger, medium rare, swap out the buns for more onion straws, and an extra rare beef patty on the side (for the wasps) and onion rings and a cherry coke. He asked if I would like to try the burnt tips, and I told him that anything burnt would have to be sent back. After the food was brought out the waiter never came back, and after looking for a moment I saw him outside holding a cam of Raid. Not sure what the break policy is here but it would have been nice to be offered a cheesecake or something. All in all, will probably visit again next time I'm stopping by the chiropractor. Wheelchair accessibility: Try to stop me.
Lewis was great and quick with everything. Food was hot and tasty
After walking past 10 tables covered in food and drinks, we were sat by the kitchen. Our server cleaned all the tables before grabbing our drinks, but his service after that was pretty good. The food and drinks, on the other hand, were terrible. The burgers looked like we ordered them at a fast food restaurant. Ordered the specialty shake that is supposed to come with extra in the tin and received a shake in a paper To go cup with a standard straw with no spoon or anything. Don't waste your money on garlic fries. They are just extra oily with parmesean cheese on top.
Great food, great service, not much in how the place is being maintained...if this is what is presented to the public....what is it like where you can't see? Not just the rips in the vinyl...look at bottom of chair legs...most chairs were in this condition.
Great burgers. The "Scorpio" wooooo...
Burgers were ok, but the fries were cold and greasy. Used to go to the one in Chagrin Falls every chance we could and it was amazing every time. Today we were ignored at the front door for quite a while considering it was almost dead there. The server was adequate, but just barely, and the fries were terrible. Hoping it was a one off situation.
At lunch, I had the cauliflower dough pizza and it was good. With just 1 mushroom topping for almost $18.
