Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

One of our orders came out way after the others, had to fight to get fry and drink refills, a bit overpriced for the food, it was an okay experience but not somewhere I'd frequent.

Great but have your front desk trainee sweep the floor when not busy....the saying goes "if you have time to lean you have time to clean."

I've been here two or three times and the food is good, but I find it a little pricey for what you get: which is the only reason I gave food 4 stars and not 5. They have a good selection of burgers and other food. I've had good service each time was there, and especially today. Our waiter was very good with kids and a nice guy.

Every time we visit, about once a month the restaurant may be empty but you are asked to wait. It may be lack of staff(common issue in the service industry), or backups in the kitchen. Disappointed, but we enjoy the food on most days.

The restaurant was less than half full, but still had to wait 40 minutes for a table. We then had to wait 5 min to get drink orders, and the drinks barely came out before the food. It took until 5 min after the food came out for the waitress to check in to see that we didn’t have napkins or silverware. Then she didn’t check in for refills on drinks or sides until after we had already finished eating. We were visited by the waitress 3, maybe 4 times, the entire visit and she was rude, unfriendly and inattentive. This was the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had in my life. It is clear that the restaurant doesn’t have their stuff together and can’t even adequately manage a partially filled restaurant at peak dinner hours on a Saturday. I guess we should’ve realized what we were walking into when this was the case.

Our server food and atmosphere were okay but your restrooms! Sanitation is a real issue. Someone needs to be incharge. The walls are the worst. But the stalwarts were dripping of oily dirt.

Food good... some what greasy. Good options and fresh. Family loves the bottomless fries. Staff nice abs working hard. Kid-friendliness: Kids menu, bottomless fries, free balloons!
