Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Food was delicious! Our server seemed a bit overwhelmed so service lacked a bit but it was still an overall good experience.

Went to local one, 1hr wait. So we called one slightly further away and they said they could take our name down, but we have to be there before it's called. They said 45-50min. I show up in 20min and ask if my name is on there and they say no. So they lied to us, which made me drive across town burning gas and time. We probably frequent the Fallen Timbers or Perrysburg one once a month, mainly for our kids. But that will stop and they will understand why we don't go there anymore. Don't lie to me. Just tell me you can't do it. Don't take our name and number and when I show up 20min before, tell me our name isnt there and it'll be 50-60min. Foods usually good, but we can find other good food.

Fun place to enjoy the wall art while you eat classic americana cuisine. I love their clucks and fries, great tenders, yummy sauces to dip them in. I'm partial to the honey mustard sauce. If you're a fan of burgers this is the place for you. Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly with lots of things for them to look at.

Server was great Wait was brief Food - you get what you pay for & in this case the money goes towards their ability to offer bottomless cheap choices instead of quality burgers

I ordered a Bleu Ribbon Burger with no onion straws with sautéed mushrooms and when I received my food the first time, it had sautéed onions. The server immediately apologized and took it back to the kitchen to correct my order. The second time my burger arrived, my mushrooms were raw. She did bring us 2 additional baskets of fries but the fries are bottomless and should be offered anyway. I know it's not the server's fault but the kitchen's. But seriously... Maybe they're just too new as they opened in January of 2024 and it's 3-1-24? However, I haven't had any problems with the other 2 locations in the area and I've frequented them several times a year.

Pretty chill place, very good food would definitely recommend coming here!
