Love the burgers and the onion rings were wonderful.
once you get past the open stankness of the servers who refuse to seat because they ain't doing that, the service was freakishly efficient, with everything being done via little touch pads they had and such that was on the table, very efficient but it does detract from the service as it almost feels automated, maybe I'm just getting old 🤷🏾♂️
Finally went back to Red Robin. I ordered the Buzz Chicken Sandwich. Pretty good but spicy hot. My first wife ordered the California chicken sandwich. She devoured it. Kids ordered burger, corn dogs x2, and Mac cheese. Only outlier is the corn dogs (picture). Kids who ordered them did not enjoy it too much. It resembled Vienna sausages wrapped in fried flour but the bottomless fries and lemonade made up for it. Ordered milk shake and root beer float. Both pretty good. Bathroom clean. Out of soap in one dispenser. Highlight of the meal was Ali our server. Looks like she was the only server? Anyways, she was juggling several tables with multiple customers each. Great job Ali. Give her a raise. Lobby was clean. Kids Placemats (picture) kept them busy for 15 minutes. Average experience but great customer service by Ali. Will go back and recommend it.
Delicious food. Perfect for dining after the movie next door.
Our server was great, negative experience no reflection on her. Who ever heard of a hamburger and no milkshake options? No one in America. Why the manager would close down the ability to offer milkshakes is just crazy. I get the pandemic is hitting restaurants hard, but you can do better. The general quality of RR has gone down, go to 5 guys, overall much better.
What a disappointment... I am shocked that this restaurant is still open. The overall cleanliness walking in is a turn off, the floors are sticky and the tables were filthy. We still gave it a chance, I figured they must have been busier prior to my family walking in. The wait wasn't bad, we were seated right away and order was taken almost immediately. Appetizers came out, we ordered some cheese sticks and the onion ring tower, not so bad. Our meals were next but was dropped on the floor right in front of us. No big deal, stuff happens. So we waited for them to remake it. The staff apologized profusely, but all was good we understand accidents happen. Once the food came out, we were immediately grossed out. The fries tasted burnt, the ketchup tasted old, dinks tasted as though they haven't cleaned the soda nozzles in quite some time. Our burgers were soggy and looked kind of thrown together. I ordered a veggie burger and what came on the burger is not what is described on the menu. I feel as though because of the first round falling on the floor they rushed to get our order out, which we made it very clear that all was good and no rush was necessary. Overall not a good time. I feel like we wasted money here. We will not be back and I would not recommend this Red Robin to anyone. Its a shame that this low quality food is being served in such an area.
Pick-up order came with no sauce for the chicken and no seasoning on the fries and no seasoning packets. The whole point of Red Robin fries is the seasoning.
Very attentive and friendly staff. Great food as usual.
