Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Gonna be completely honest,I don't come often and after Sunday that recently passed I had a bad experience there with both service and food.They had no sodas,no milkshakes,just alcohol water and lemonade.My Bleu burger was cold and so were my fries.never received the endless fries either,clueless as to the reason why.

Got seated right away. Not crowded at 5:30pm. Food was good. Confused as to who really was our waitress.

Unfortunately, this burger place has greatly gone downhill while their prices are rising! My teenage son ordered mac n chz tonight, it costs almost $7 and comes with a side-he got fries! It is such a small amount, he orders 2. But tonight was way worse than needing a double portion. For $14 for the portions of cold mac n chz and oily, soggy fries we received, it is not at all worth it. My husband tried the fondue burger (cheese sauce on the side). It too, came cold-we had to microwave it for him to have it warm and not solidified. Come on Red Robin: if you want customers you need to be able to be better than this! For over $20 for burgers and a side....I could just go to fast food. Where are your standards!? I do not recommend eating here. I have a picture, but only of the mac n chz dish since we couldn't really eat the fries and we had to microwave the chz fondue.

Food had no flavor, no salt on burger Pattie’s it was drab, don’t get the pizza for kids, I’m pretty sure it’s a frozen pizza from the dollar store for $7. The customer service was great.

Wish the food was as good as the service. Onion rings were definitely fried in old oil. Definitely could not enjoy them. Fries were even barely warm when the got to us. Both my husband and my buger were both veryyy dry! Ugh, that's not even all that was wrong. Very disappointed.

We were a party of 12 total, we walked in, and we were greeted by a young man That was very nice. I didn’t catch his name though… we waited a few minutes while they got our table ready. The server we had was very nice and patient.. The food was hot and delicious.. I see a lot of people complain about the ice. We told our server to give us slight ice, and she gave us light ice…

The endless fries come to a screeching hault if you order take out compared to dine in a little more fries would be nice the burgers are second to none delish

We walked in and waited for like five minutes before a hostess even came around the corner and they were not busy. We were then seated and our server was rude and acted like we were a burden. After the second time, her helper threw something on our table and the place were dirty. I decided to let the manager know that it was my daughter's birthday and we were very uncomfortable. I didn't ask for anything free just for him to tell his team to have a better attitude. The poor guy apologized and gave us a new server. All was going better until on our way out the door the original rude server alejandra decided She wanted to pick a fight with me in front of my kids. So after I responded to her. I told her to call her manager again. This poor guy has no control over this team. And they have no respect for him. Alejandra dropped trash on the floor right in front of him and walked away from it which he ended up cleaning. I'm disgusted that I had this kind of experience and have to do this kind of review on my daughter's 15th birthday. I will not be returning to the red robin on shaw.
