This place isn't what it used to be. A small onion ring appetizer is 6 rings for $8. The burgers look like something from a fast food place. One chicken breast is butterflied to count as two. The prices are ridiculously high, as expected these days. The servers do their job well.
We have been to red Robin's all across the country and this one was by far the worst. We were sat and it took our server 15 minutes to come greet us. Then it took another 45 minutes to get our food. After the first 20 minutes we asked for fries to hold us over and we didn't see those until after our food came out. When our food came out the entrees were all cold to boot and the burgers didn't even taste seasoned. I don't know who is running this store but they need to get it back on track. I was extremely disappointed.
If I could leave a 0 I would, poor costumer service, awful attitude, lack of common sense, waited an hour for my order just to get told that they gave it to the wrong person and refused to remake it. The young lady with the mullet, awful knowledgement of their own industry, poor management do not recommend.
Can be pretty loud when they are busy. Food is wonderful, and as far as people being loud? It's not that big of a deal.
Las mejores hamburguesas de todo estados unidos, claro no mejores que las que hace mi mamá
