It took nearly an hour to get our food from the time we walked in, sat & ordered. The decor is dated and the bathroom is falling apart. Service was ok. Food is way overpriced for time it took & lack of quality. The best part was feeling like it was 1999 because it looked so old.

Had the Teriyaki Pineapple Chicken Chunk appetizer for the first time and they were FANTASTIC! Came on their homemade chips.
Food was cold, food was missing, did not have item I ordered. Called to let them know and they acted like they did not know what they should do...... Idk, maybe give me my food that is missing!!! Next time make sure the food is kept warm or not made too soon!!!
Red Robin used to be one of my favorite restaurants..and of course my experience doesn't reflect on all Red Robin locations..having said that..we were missing food,the salad,that wasn't with our order,was the warmest part of our order..the service was best described as incompetent..as much as i used to love the restaurant..along with the experience, the food has left a bad taste in my mouth..definitely will not be returning..☹️
We stopped in today to eat an early dinner. Upon entering the building, the host let us know that he wasn't sure if they were open because of some flooding earlier in the day and went to go ask the manager. The manager came over to let us know that they weren't open; which wouldn't have been a problem but the doors were open, we showed up during normal business hours and there was no sign or notice on the door explaining their situation. The manager offered no apology-just a very short, rude statement on when they would open. Just as advice to the management of this location and corporate (or the owner): If your restaurant has experienced an issue that causes it to operate outside of normal business hours - don't leave the doors unlocked if you aren't open for business. Lock the doors and put up a very simple sign that explains why you aren't open, when you'll reopen and apologize for the inconvenience to your customers. It's a lot more professional and courteous than a snippy, rude manager that can't be bothered to demonstrate basic customer service as described above. This isn't our first negative experience with this location but this one was worth leaving a review about. We've had it with this location and will take our business elsewhere. Sidenote: Shout-out to chuy's for being open, welcoming, having great service and food today! Red Robin could learn some things from them!
Place is dirty' the food was greasy and cold. Manager did nothing!! A waste of money !
