Great burger, great place to eat

Terrible burger for a burger place, wasn't juicy, wasn't fresh.

Waitress was very upbeat and kept our drinks full and the fries coming. Unfortunately, we had to wait 45 minutes for our meal. Kitchen issues, I would guess.

Won't be back to this location ever... We were seated in the bar section and had absolutely poor service... When the food came we had to ask for silverware, refil on drinks, and I had to ask for the dipping sauces that were already requested when we ordered... Bartender had attitude and so did the manager who walked by as we were paying...

Great service. We always get serviced by the same guy, and it's always on time; there is good food, and the Turkey burger is worth the price. We go on off-peak hours, and it's nice to have the dine-in so quietly. My daughter and I do our dinner dates monthly, and we love coming here! The campfire source is fantastic, and lots of parking.

This place has gone downhill service is horrible. Order bottomless fries never received a refill on fries or drink. Sat the bar on purpose because usually the bartender is behind the bar nope. She took our orders and did a magic trick and disappeared for the remainder of the time. Not did anyone ask if we needed anything again siting at the bar and the restaurant was slow and empty. Bbq Burger was undercooked and no bbq sauce on it. Asked for the manager explaining the situation and she said next time to order your Burger well done who eats a raw undercooked burger. Like she didn't care. They wanted my number to send to my RR rewards profile. I said no because no matter what they offered me. I'm not coming back and I seen the same complaints on Google about the same issue. So clearly corporate doesn't care about the customer opinion. Because nothing has changed.
