Food selection may not be much, but the ube milk, chocolate mousse and empanadas are some of my favorites. In a recent visit, I’ve noticed a newer worker and she’s great!! Very friendly and helpful! Store is nice and clean, but could use some music inside.

Nothing but a great experience whenever I come here. Christmas Eve was very chaotic. I’ve ordered empanadas online but when I come it wasn’t ready yet. However, the lady was very pleasant and apologetic and from time to time she’s updating me about my Order. When I come home the empanadas were still warm so I guess the wait is really worth it. Planning to Order more for New Year! Great job Red Ribbon! Empanadas and Chocolate Mousse was a big hit on Our Noche Buena!

The tattoed girl on the counter should not be there. She probably worked in a bar before. Even the way she answers the phone is rough. She didnt even give me lemon for my palabok. Too bad manners cant be learned overnight

My Family and I were there last 4th of July weekend. We are from Toronto, Canada and wanted to bring some goodies for Our friends back home. We supposed to go to their Chicago Branch because the Seafood City is there also but since We are already hungry We just visited this Bolingbrook location and oh boy This place did not disappoint. First the smell of the store was really good We actually wanted to try everything!haha Then the service was exceptional. The lady who I believed the Manager was very fast and friendly! She was alone but still She managed to serve us all efficiently! She actually also have a Complaint from another Customer from the previous day but She was so composed and calm that's where I figured that She is the Manager there! Kudos Red Ribbon for hiring her! Too bad I wasn't able to get her name! She actually even give us some ice for Our cooler so Our Mamon will stay fresh. Highly recommended for the excellent service!!

Came there for the cheesy ensaimada and ube ensaimada. They suggested the yema cake slice and it was wonderful!! Clean and friendly staff!
