Tasting menu was amazing. Our pasta dish was moving (watch the video) no but everything was so delicious, favorite dish was definitely the lobster. Don’t have one complaint about any of the dishes. Such a fun experience!

Booked this Michelin one star restaurant for our trip to NYC. Our expectations were high. First impressions were pretty positive - the ambiance was cozy and service was quick. We only had the option for the $110 tasting menu as we were informed the a là carte was unavailable. I was pretty impressed with the amuse bouche and pasta dishes - these were in keeping with what I expected compared to other Michelins I’ve had. Otherwise, the rest of the meal was a disappointment. The vegetable dish lacked any creativity or texture and I felt like I was eating steamed vegetables. The lobster tail was drowned in butter and the claw was too salty. I couldn’t really appreciate the Asian inspiration in the lobster dish other than it being served in a bamboo steamer. I was thrown off by how abrupt the service was as well. Overall, I think there is potential here with some changes to the tasting menu but I was pretty disappointed with our recent visit.

My first time ever returning a dish. My wife and I came here for restaurant week lunch. We ordered pork bun, and Szechuan karaage. Main dish: Hainan chicken and beef noodle soup. Szechuan Karaage (4 Star) is the only good dish. Pork bun(0.5 Star) : the bun is NOT fresh steamed more like microwaved over night, dry and not fluffy. Pork belly is super dry and the fat is not rendered enough. Hainan chicken (1.5 star) likes fast food style. Fatty chicken skin dry rice. Beef noodle soup(0 Star): soup is so oily, you can see a layer of fat froze on the surface. the soup tastes so salty and tons of msg. I only sipped a bit and I exchanged for pasta(3star). The restaurant dish is way different from their normal dish. But come on, you got to set some standards. 2 course for $45 still same price as your dinner course. And automatic 20% service fee is added. The waitress only served water and take order. After I returned dish, there is no communication about why the dish is so salty. Very disappointed.

Un lugar al que he acudido en varias ocasiones, un buen ambiente, comida deliciosa, buenos tragos, camareros a la altura, la atención de Sergio fue lo mejor! Volvería sin duda alguna!

The menu reads very well but I found the execution lacking in technique. I went for restaurant week lunch so keep that in mind...

Food was really just fine at most -- for a +100 dollar tasting menu usually you can expect a lot of flavors and innovation. In this case, the flavors were usually earthy and didn't ever really wow. Portions were small even for a tasting and it was light on proteins and delicacies you might expect for the price. There are much better one star michelins that I would go back to but this one I would not recommend. (The drinks and dessert were lovely!)
