Aziz is a great bartender. I came here several times for work over a year ago. I have been back sparingly over the last year but he remembers me every time and is always professional, on the spot with drinks and orders and is very attentive. Food is decent. It’s a hotel restaurant, it’s not Ruth Chris. Hotel is an embassy and one of the better ones. I appreciate the service!! Thanks Aziz!!
We were hotel guests for five nights and chose to eat here one of those nights. We both ordered caesar salads , mine with salmon and my husband's with the chicken. We figured the chicken would be outstanding at a rotisserie grill but it was not fresh, very rubbery, overcooked and tasteless. The craft cocktails were not well made either. $98 for two very mediocre salads and drinks. Left us wishing we'd gone out and explored a local restaurant.
Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp into the hotel and another one inside to the restaurant portion.
We came here for the first time for their Easter brunch buffet. While the food was nothing great, it wasn't bad either. It was a good deal for the price. Shout-out to the service team, especially our server, Frank. He was just amazing.
The gfood was delicious especially the super tender special Rotisseire prime rib. There were some gluten free options as well. Dietary restrictions: Some gluten free options.
The one 5-star review must have been a friend of the staff…. Speaking of staff it must be a prerequisite to be arrogant and lazy. Every time I think to give them “another shot” it never fails. Slow service with an attitude. Plan on being ignored for at a minimum of 5 minutes and it doesn’t speed up from there. But you’ll be surely asked to cash out before their shift ends too. I just don’t understand how anyone in the people business can be so horrible. If this is your norm, then at least ease up on the premium prices…..
