Red Mango

This red mango has ruined my take out order on 3 separate occasions. The most recent one being on Thursday 4/11 in the afternoon. I always try to give this location a benefit of the doubt, but they always manage to skip out of parts of my order, and this time, my ENTIRE order was missing from my coworkers group order. I tried to call, and spoke to someone with her name starting with an M. I asked her if she or anyone working at the store remember making this order, and they were unable to tell me what happened to my order. And the manager was not available to assist. They did not even offer to resend me my missing order, as ‘they did not know what happened to it’. I think this location needs better training or customer service. It’s extremely upsetting bc of all froyo shops, I liked red mango the best.

The service in here is great.

The Red Mango in New Hyde park is always clean and the gentleman who works there is helpful and very polite. I drive out of my way to go to this location over the one closer to my house because of this.

That was the last time I'm going here. Walked in to a pretty busy store, but there was a group sitting at a table eating from sample cups. I was checking out the flavors when I noticed one of them got up and used the sample cup, the same one that they licked, and refilled it. The nasty cup touched the dispenser, contaminating the product. I mentioned this to the guy at the counter, I told him that it's unsanitary, and he should tell them to stop. He said he couldn't do anything because his manager told him it's ok. It's ok for them to contaminate a food product? Don't believe me? Ask for video footage on 11/26/2023 at 8:30PM. I hope the health authorities and Red Mango corporate see this.

The store is very clean I drive all the way from Bayside Queens every day to have yogurt here. The gentleman that works here keeps the store pristine and is always friendly.

I got a protein shake and it wasn’t blended correctly it was grainy and chunky. Disgusting!

My family and I love this location. We visit it very often. Great customer service, especially tonight, We walked in 10 min before closing. Hakim told us to take our time, he’s always consistent with providing exception experience.
