Red Mango

Pros: tasty acai bowls! The cookies looked good too but I did not try one Cons: The store was understaffed with untrained employees who tried their best but were clearly overwhelmed. This led to them dropping stuff, snapping at customers, and taking literally 20-30 minutes to finish each acai bowl. One employee (maybe the manager?) asked if the two up front were okay (they clearly were not) but then didn't seem to help. I mostly felt bad for them. Also, they only have 4 flavors of fro-yo and the machine broke while I was there. This store has potential so I hope they are able to fix things up and do well in the future!

Açaí bowls are “bland” because there’s no sugar added. I loved mine and though the fruit added was sweet enough!

This place does not make their own fresh cookies, they are delivered by nestle so don't expect any good quality or ingredients

The first time I went here was a great experience. However today I arrived at 10:45 because the hours say the shop closes at 11. I walked 25 minutes from my apartment just to swing the door open and have a read headed girl tell me they’re closed and can’t I read the sign. While writing this review I’ve seen several people walk up to the door confused as to why they closed early. I know I will never waste my time with this place again.

The location is great, they are ok, not the best yogurt ice cream I’ve tried but you do not have any options in downtown Fort Worth.

Currently having the worst experience. I ordered a cookie cake that was scheduled to be ready at 6:19. At 6:45 it was not ready. By the time it was presented, the writing was sloppy and the name was spelled wrong. They did not use the icing colors that were selected at the time I ordered. The shift lead said there was nothing she could do and when it's busy like this, she cannot supervise everything her new employees are doing. She did manage to fix the name spelling but that was it. Not a fan of excuses made tonight. I understand being busy and the wait but the sloppy service is ridiculous. What she may not realize is that I arrived in time to see the employee struggling to pipe the icing on my cake and the shift lead laughing with her about it. So they had plenty of time to play around. I used to love this place

Don’t waste your money. Not a fun yogurt place. Yogurt wasn’t frozen. The selection of yogurt and toppings was seriously lacking and they put your toppings on themselves. I’ll never come here again.

Very nice smooth stop right downtown off Sundance Square when you want a snack!
