The worst experience we ever had we went for family dinner they seated us we set there never had anyone ask us what we wanted to drink nothing we waited and saw a waitress walk by 5x we said ecus me she kept walking finly I got up went up front and said ecus me can you have someone get us drinks please they said you don't have a waitress I said nope that one kept walking by over and over never stopped they sent a women back that said I am so sorry we never even knew you guys was back here lol really that one women did she walked by us more then once She then took our table she was amazing but took a long time to get things because the poor girl was doing all her tables in the other room and coming to take care of us since ours would not it was crazy on our way out we said something to the manager he said O i am sorry I will say something to her and that was it And It was not packed or anything is the sad thing and we spent over $100 just on ours not counting my sister's what they paid
Our server was great, and the food was good, but Red Lobster pricing just isn't worth what you get. A chain restaurant in the Midwest shouldn't charge the same for frozen seafood as what a restaurant in coastal regions charges for fresh seafood.

Server Marcus was excellent! I will request him the next time I go to the Zanesville Red Lobster. The parking lot and sidewalks need to be power wash because of bird feces.
