Red Lobster

Poor service, Cole slaw was old tasting, skin was still on the salmon, had to go to the front to pay our bill n had wait for our waiter so we could pay our bill, don't ask me why we still gave a 18% tip ? Would "not recommend this place to anyone " not worth the $78 that we spent we should have gone to "olive garden "

Me and my family didn’t have the best experience due to the long wait time for our food but it was okay things happen. And I even came back another day for lunch to see if it was just a one time thing (it wasn’t) Both times I came the young lady Meleni up front was a joy to be around. She is super funny and had me cracking up while we were waiting. Love her energy. Our server JC was very nice as well.

I've been coming for years. My last visit was horrible. The food was not good, it was bland and over cooked. I had fish and chips. My wife's pasta looked and tasted like it was microwaved. I do not recommend this place. The atmosphere was run down. I will not go back. The bartender had to wait on my wife and I. The biscuits were the only edible thing.

We waited over 20 minutes for our drink order to be taken. We placed our food order at the same time. It took over an hour for our food to come out. The pasta in the shrimp Alfredo was cold and gelatinous. The manager didn’t seem very concerned about our concerns. The restaurant was not busy or crowded. We will not return to this red lobster again.

First off, got here around 6:30p on a Friday. Our wait wasn't long to be seated. We waited about 10 minutes before our drink orders were taken. After the slow start, it got better. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. Our food came out 15 minutes after our order. Everything came out hot and tasty. We enjoyed our food. My middle son and husband ordered the endless shrimp. I orderedthe daily deal which was fish &chips. My oldest ordered cajan chicken Alfredo and our youngest ordered popcorn shrimp off the kids menu. Food and drinks ran $116.00. Not bad in my opinion. It definitely increased in price esp since my fish and chips consisted of one fish filet fries and slaw for $15.00. I personally do not think the value is there. If you were to add another filet it would have been worth it. Bathroom floors were sticky. Other than that our overall experience was good. Kid-friendliness: Menu had a variety to choose from.

Garbage service at this Red lobster. Didnt get our appetizers, or utensils. Got our dinner without biscuits utensils or appetizers. Ordered endless shrimp. Never got endless shrimp... we ordered it and after 45 minutes I asked to get a check to leave. Never will go back to this location again. And this was at 3 in the afternoon. Hate to see them handle a dinner crowd.

We enjoy eating at Red Lobster. I wish there were one in Norfolk VA
