Red Lobster

The wait was awful! Over an hour when I was told 20-30 minutes. But when I say my waitress, Zada did her thang she did. I don't know what happened but she had a whole section by herself with over four tables and booths she had been there since 10 that morning and ended up having to close but did exceptionally well with service with a smile. So over all I really give Zada 5 stars!

It took an hour for us to get our food. Totally unacceptable. The waitress never even came back by to see if we needed a refill on our drink (or anything else). I think there was only one waitress in the whole place. And my husband gave her an 18% tip ugh! We've eaten here several times but probably not going back.

This was my second time dining at this location and I did enjoy my meal as well as my server Emma. She was so attentive.i normally take pictures to add with my review but somehow that did not happen this time. High five to my server.

They have limited staff so the service was slow. The food wasn't the quality of past visits to Red Lobster.

The employees were very nice very friendly but the food and some of the service on the other hand was very disappointing. My son and I ordered the steak dinners with mashed potatoes and mac and cheese with bacon the steak had no flavor they were not cooked properly and they were very greasy. They also come out and told us they were out of macaroni and cheese so we ordered I ordered a double mashed potatoes and my son ordered french fries to go with his they bring his loaded mashed potatoes with sour cream which was not even ordered and the waitress she had to get another set of mashed potatoes. My son ordered the all you can eat shrimp and he ordered three of one flavor and that's what he'd like and when he asked for more they brought him totally the opposite of what the flavors were supposed to be and we was there to take my mother out for her birthday I'm not sure how their food was but I know ours was not what it was should have Been. Our waitress did not check on our table on a regular basis she did check on it but when we needed her we try to get her attention and when we did she would tell us to wait while she's waiting on another table that had just sat down and we had been there before them but overall my experience with Red Lobster is is not good I mean I've been going there ever since I was 9 10 years old and I'm 57 now I mean stuff changes but not like that I mean for the cost of what it takes to go out and eat and try to have a decent time it was definitely not worth what we had to pay thank you.

Worst food ever had every thing was cold took forever to get tasted awful never going back
