Red Lobster

I had not visited this establishment for quite sometime since my last experience wasn't good. However, a family member and I visited yesterday and it was as if it was a new establishment! The food was great and received quickly, our server, Leaf, was awesome! He was friendly, courteous and went above and beyond to accommodate and provide excellent customer service. I spoke with both managers to advise of the excellent service and turnaround that they are doing. I will definitely be returning because with so many restaurants having closed due to the pandemic, we need this one to remain. Great job to the staff and management!

Worst experience in a long time. Came here for our anniversary, and they ruined it. Upon arrival, we were told there was a 40 minute wait for a table. No problem, we were not in a hurry. We we pleasantly surprised when they seated us at the 20 minute mark. That is where it went off the rails. We sat in a booth for 40 minutes with no contact whatsoever. No drink orders taken, no appetizers offered, not even spoken to. Could not get any body's attention. My wife was livid, so I said let's go someplace else. People that came in at the same time were already starting to get food. Made no sense since the parking lot was half empty and so was the dining room. Needless to say, we won't be back.

The service was phenomenal I had the best server khaleef. His politeness and speed was outstanding. The food was okay my lobster tail was undercooked but overall my serve made sure that everything was handled.

1/17/24. 36 degrees outside...36 degrees inside. Cole slaw terrible. Why bother.

Leaf was an awesome waiter. He was visible and checked on us consistently. Thanks so much for your awesome service. We will return to this location.
