Red Lobster

Waited for 20 minutes without acknowledgement after being walked past multiple times by servers. There were maybe 7 tables total being taken in the whole resturant. They had what appeared to be 4 hostesses standing around while everyone else slowly paced back and forth. I know serving is hard. I know it's not easy but a 2 second "I'll be right with you" after waiting for 20 minutes would've helped. They weren't busy

For the past 3 visits, we were there for at leat an hour and half. Waitstaff barely checked on us and took 29 minutesto come get our drink order even talk to us.. Our drinks were dry and food service was slow. I had to send my food back because it was cold. I would not recommend this location.

So trashy. Nobody greeting you at the door, employees sitting at the bar gossiping about the company, dirty tables in an empty restaurant at 4 in the afternoon. Only stopped by to get biscuits for my wife ... will never come back.

Everything was really good. Food was fresh. Service was pleasant and efficient.

Waited 5 minutes for the hostess. 15 minutes later, we’re still waiting for our drinks and we are informed the biscuits are baking. Waited another few minutes and decided to leave. We went to Olive Garden. In this day and age it just doesn’t make sense to wait in a restaurant that is so disorganized.

Slow service, wait staff very personable though. The food not as good as in the past.
