Great lobster, and you've got to try the Brussel sprouts! Best I've had anywhere.

Worst food to date! All 5 of ours meals were terrible! Lobster was like rubber, all you can eat shrimp was dry and tasted like they were frost bitten, the salad dressings tasted like grocery store bottle dressing and lastly none of our meals were hot... Luke warm at best (the butter wouldn't even melt in the baked potatoes) ... the ONLY good thing was the Biscuits! Red Lobster used to be my favorite, now its just Dreadful! Nope never again!
My to go order which was supposed to be ready at 6:43 PM was not ready until 7:17 PM. Instead of taking it I just got a refund. Absolutely poor service. In fact, I couldn't even find a manager to talk to when I went in the restaurant, so I have to hope that they actually give me the refund that they owe me. I know not all red lobsters are this bad, this is just an exceptionally bad one, so do yourself a favor, and find another one. I would rate it zero stars if I could. Edit: I was contacted so they could apologize and send me a an E-gift card, if I would supply them with my email addredd, which I promptly did, 5 days ago. I've heard nothing sense. They seem to have a pattern of not delivering on what they promise. They also need to realize that not everybody is on Facebook, and I have no way of reaching out to them with the Facebook address that they gave me. They need to supply a person with a simple email address if they want to address something directly.
