Today is March 5, 2024 and may I say what a wonderful experience I had tonight at Red Lobster. I soon as I walked in I was immediately greeted a smiling hostess. Then she walk me over the bar where Angela made me a Deep Sea Lobstrita let me just say wow and thank you guys so much for a wonderful experience. And lastly before I forgot to mention to the manager that night for always checking in to make sure that me and my friend was always being taken care of I will surely be back soon.

First- I love Red Lobster, I've been going there for over 25 years. Second- the Red Lobster at the Fountains Mall in Plantation Florida was awful!

The waiter kept on messing up on the order. The food took forever and was cold.

Just wanted to take a moment to compliment the service we received from Katie this evening. You guys were super busy, the restaurant was at capacity, and she was fantastic despite the chaos! I appreciate a host who does a great job, and she handled our table of 4 adults and 4 children with a perfect display of relaxed competence. Give that girl a raise! Made our time fantastic, will definitely be back.

I had a horrible experience at red lobster in Plantation. The server gave me the wrong food then he took forever to bring me my food, when I complained to the manager, he was nonchalant about it and did not refund me back my money. I will not be returning to red lobster in plantation ever again.

James James James. Exceptional customer service across the board . 5 ⭐️ service. Very patient with my indecisive 11 year old. He gets it. Good was great. I loved the lobster Flatbread. Lobster dip was good too. So good that I forgot to take a picture. We Stopped in for appetizers. Lemonades was the bomb!!! I was surprised how good it was specifically the watermelon and mango Lemonade.
