The service sucks, Evan for pickup 25 minutes late on second time, first time we left and had great lunch at Olive Garden The only reason to come here is to use gift card and still not worth it. Try paying people enough to actually work Parking: Roosevelt blvd. Philadelphia

PSA. The latest on the failing list of chain restaurants and I use the term “restaurant “ loosely. On a Thursday evening around 4pm. Staffing was barely there. Waited 20 minutes with barely no one in the restaurant and the only person in line. Waited 30 minutes to have order placed and biscuits were about 40 minutes from the time we sat down. I ordered the unlimited shrimp and waited an additional hour for my meal and daughter mozzarella sticks . Suffice to say after 2 hrs and horrible dining service we just left. Same service at Applebees and other Philadelphia restaurant chains. Piss poor service and food with high as prices. Save your money and time people. Did I mention that in one of the areas were some kind of dancing and singing group of young people making some kind of commotion. It looked like part of the staff or idk.

The restaurant was spacious. Took a little bit of a wait to get our seating at a booth. Food was quality, fresh, affordable and don't forget to get the bread rolls! Amazing. Try not to eat too much since they are pretty filling and this particular location is generous with their portions. Parking: In and out. No worries!

Great food. We spent up to $95 to get lobsters and Alfredo noodles. 5/5 stars

Silverware should not be the last thing brought to table. Tap water should not be pinkish

There was only 1 waiter, Michael M, table 61, ck#15256@1:14 2/15/24 (info from recpt). We arrived approx 11am. Michael had 2 tables waiting to take their order, when we arrived. Including my table. He had a total of 7tables to get drinks and orders. I think he was amazing and professional. His Customer service skills was great, considering he was a lone waiter.

I having been waiting over 45 minutes past the time I was told my take out order would be ready. Absolutely terrible experience. Don’t go to this location. They frequently have their “kitchen backed up”. This is not the first time that I have had to wait for a very long time.
