Red Lobster

Service was great in spite of the manager jerry being rude to not only the guests but being totally demeaning and aggressive to the staff, if he doesn’t like his job or dealing with the customers and staff then he should find another profession! Ruined the whole dinning experience. Red lobster, you can do better than that.

We made an online reservation, which was completely ignored. When we checked in about 10 minutes before our reservation, they simply add you to the queue! We waited well over 45 minutes with a confirmed reservation. The food was good, but the facility is showing it's age.

Theresa is the best waitress I’ve had in years! I can’t say enough about how kind, attentive, and a truly wonderful lady she is. Thank you so much Theresa. Oh…and the food was awesome! I had the endless shrimp!!! The coconut shrimp, garlic shrimp and the shrimp skewers were the best!!!

I got the endless shrimp. There are a few options for the shrimp. It was very good. A good bang for your buck The mocktails are really good too. I drink only on special occasions so the cocktails without alcohol were delicious. I got the strawberry one. Coleslaw is sweet. I know some people don't like that so just an FYI for everyone. Dragon calamari was delightful. It has a kick so if you can handle some heat, try them. You definitely need to try the mashed potatoes with the creamy lobster beurre blanc sauce. It's AMAZING. We had to wait to get in when there were plenty seats, the hostess was bad, the food was cold, no butter or sour cream for a baked potato. The food & waitress wasn 't wasn't as good! The waitress shorted my husband money until he pointed it out. It ruined my brother-inlaw's birthday. RL has gone down hill!
