Red Lobster

Ordered 3 types of shrimp dishes. Wasn't disappointed!!! Cheesy biscuits were delicious!!

My wife and I came in to have a nice seafood lunch. I ordered a Blue Moon beer which they didn't have. That's not the end of the world, places run out of beer. What really ruined our meal was we ordered our meals (both with loaded baked potatoes). Our food came (most of it). When it was brought to our table the waitress said the baked potatoes would be right out...they were not. She came back a few minutes later and said they were out of baked potatoes and it would be another 30 minutes before they were ready (keep in mind we were already halfway through our meal). She ended up just bringing us some mashed potatoes instead with a halfhearted apology. I figured since I was spending over $100 for a meal they might at least act like they were sorry and maybe discount the meal some. They didn't, I had to ask for a discount and was then given the military discount. About that time the manager walked by and asked how everything was but just kept walking and didn't bother to give me a chance to tell him what happened so not sure why he even asked anything? On our way out the door one of the cooks asked how our meal was and was the only one to offer a sincere apology. So to recap the food was good and the service was bad. We won't be coming back. There are lots of great seafood places in Pensacola that will actually treat you well when you are spending a large amount on a lunch.

This was a piss poor excuse for service I have ever seen in my life! The waiter was nonexistent...he would disappearand we would have to ask other waiters for things we needed....the bartender got into an argument with one of the wait staff bc she kept living the bar and ppl were waitingin their drinks(me included). We will not be returning to this place!

Second time eating here and it just gets worse. Even those it smells like expired fish and grease, we decided to give it a try. The alcohol and cheddar bay biscuits were good... but that's where it ends. I got the fish and chips, it didn't make it past one bite. It tasted like the skin was still on, with the subtle taste of year old grease trap. I informed the waitress and she informed the manager who agreed to take the price of a side off. Why not take the fish and chips off? But, okay. 100 dollar tab for food that is worse than McDonalds.

10 out of 10 would not go back again. Overpriced and below average service.

Was told it would be a 20 minute wait and it ended up being an hour to get seated. The crab queso had literally no crab. Not a single piece. The rest was so disappointing.

Gotta say Pensacola Red Lobster was amazing. Food was great and service was great. Cant be disappointed. Had Lobster Love Duo and love it.
