Red Lobster

This location is terrible. As soon as we sat down I knew it was all bad. The table was very sticky And the menu was wet with something sticky. We ordered stuffed mushrooms that came out in less than a minute and we're extremely soggy. The people next to us came in twenty minutes after us. They received their food way before us. We waited 45 minutes after the appetizer. My wife's steak was way overdone her shrimp skewer Was so overcooked and sat for so long she could not get it off the stick, not even with a fork. She said it was like eating rubber bands. My steak was nowhere near done, so they sent it back to cook again and it was as dry as a good year tire. My broccoli tasted as if it had been bathed in seafood. Needless to say, when we got home, she puked up her entire meal. This place is a major red flag.

Enjoyed my meal immensely. However ....... got there at 7:00, was seated at 7:40. Placed order at 7:55, received meals at 8:30. I guess they were unstaffed like many restaurants are these days which is VERY discouraging when your bill is $163 for two people including tip.

Reb Lobster at one point was fine dining. I went there for my daughter’s bday and got sick, not sure if it was the Lobster tail or steak? It was my daughter’s choice, I wouldn’t dine there again. I left a 40.00 tip because the waiter was great, but never again.

Why would there be a wait of over an hour with hardly anyone in the restaurant? This happens TOO FREQUENTLY. I just saw at least 20 people walk out of your restaurant without being seated or served. Doesn't that compute to PROFIT LOSS? Please do better.

Long wait for order 30+ minutes, food not like it use to be.

The food was great. Our waitress was outstanding. Red Lobster isn't cheep anymore. We each had a drink, one appetizer,, and main course. $170.00 You can only go for special occasions now. I know the price of food has gone up, but...this is a chain restaurant. And don't get a steak!
