Red Lobster

Food was good, service was slow and a little erratic.

First, the Manager was good. It was his 2nd day on the job from what he said. I know the labor market is HARD, but sheesh! The waitress (Bianca) was a waitress in name only. She had no knowledge of the menu, at all. Her appearance was shabby at best. She forgot items we ordered and was charged for initially. Now, to the food. The biscuits were cold. I mean, not cooked all the way through. The stuffed flounder was not stuffed. It was a single side of of fileted fish...but that single filet was cut in half and on top of some type of gooey "stuffing" concoction. Listen....I could go on and on about this place. Even the couple across from us had the same experience. My advice ‍♀️ ‍♀️ ‍♂️ ‍♂️ ‍♂️ ‍♂️

Unfortunately, I had to wait for a while for an employee to help me. For example, one employee walked past right by me. This employee didn't offer to see what I needed or if I had been helped already. Another employee saw me waiting while in route running around but didn't stop to at least get someone else to help me. I stood and waited for some time before someone came to see about me then I ordered a gift card. Hopefully, it was a fluke and management has more staff on hand. So, that the staff can pay attention to those customers who walk in and are waiting and waiting to be acknowledged.

Order Walt's fried shrimp had no taste sprouts was good, granddaughter got popcorn shrimp it was over cooked and mashed potatoes was nasty

Waited 15 minutes in line with 5 booths visible empty. We left
