Red Lobster

The food was amazing and the service was excellent. I was impressed with the manager she came by my table and greeted me. She asked how the food and if I needed anything. They showed that they cared. I had my refills on time. I never had to ask. My food was fresh and hot. I love their lobster, shrimp, oysters and their cheese bread it's delicious. If I could give them a 10 star for my visit I would. Today I went back to visit Red lobster and my waiters name is Kyle. He was fantastic brought everything that I ordered. My food was fresh and hot. I never had to ask for a refill. 10 star ⭐⭐✨⭐ rating.

I went to the branch for to go order, the food and the soup was awful ... I got a clam chowder soup in bowl and what I got was a container, the soup in that container quater full. Not even half! Disappointed and pricey

Previously, a well run, delicious tasting restaurant, but sadly this is no longer the case. Although friendly cordial people work here, as with all corporation's, inexperience at a low salary has prevailed. Appetizers weren't brought to the table together, plates were not provided after the appetizers arrived. Drinks were incorrectly prepared and had to be taken back and the entrees were heavily over seasoned as to mask the lack of proper food preparation. Additionally, the restaurant now has a roving photography to take your photo for a price, as in a cruise ship, but the woman had such a heavy foreign accent that no one at the table understood her. Disappointment by the customers was very high for too many reasons. I would highly recommend taking your hard earned dollars and finding an alternative restaurant. This is the second bad experience within a year and I won't be returning for a third!

We had lunch ,which was amazing ,with great service and a lovely atmosphere. We had our photo taken by a Ukrainian woman ,who was offering one free photo We bought a second one ,because of how polite and friendly she was . I can't wait to come back .
