Red Lobster

Placed 2 To-Go Orders, AND MISSING A WHOLE ENTIRE MEAL. WHO DOSE THAT The absent mindset some of these workers have is horrible. People need to stop eat out and let these restaurants lose business and revenues. Sad when people spend their money and can't get decent services.

Order was supposed to arrive at 8:09pm, order was finally delivered at 8:25pm and was cold; steak was supposed to be cooked medium but it was medium-well; two (2) items were missing, baked mac & cheese and shrimp alfredo pasta.

Red Lobster needs a reset. We waited 30 min to be seated and the restaurant was mostly empty. Then we waited an hour for our food and it was cold, the rice had been reheated in a microwave and was crunchy—the mashed potatoes were cold and had a hard crust—the steak was cold & dry—and the silverware was dirty & sticky. This is the first terrible experience we have ever had at a Red Lobster. Another highlight was a male staff person yelled out, “ That’s not my job!” for the whole restaurant to hear. Pretty sad.

Curbside order. There on time. After 20 minutes they never answered the phone I has to go inside. After being dismissed by one of the wait staff another at least went and got the manager. After 10 or 12 more minutes the manager came out with my order and a $10 complimentary gift card. Guess what. It expired Dec 31, 23. Today is Jam 30, 24. I have tried to call, no one picks up. At 16 minutes a recording comes on and says no one available and hangs up.

This visit was at the Wolfchase. Lunch hr. 2:30pm. Sever was very slow. However, she brought out a very fresh salad which upped her tip. I ordered a drink that didn't come out until I was almost finished my meal and the tartar sauce I asked for never arrived. She never checked back to see if I was ok and I would have gotten my tartar sauce. My shrimp and baked potato was hot and fresh, Biscuits were freshly made and hot Had to wait a long time to get My check
